Under my leadership, our team started to approach events more conceptually. When events were tied to campaigns, like our “Say it with video” effort, we brought more consistency to the event activation that drove higher engagement. We also used these moments as an opportunity to push the overall LinkedIn brand design system to new and fresh places.

To reach Creators after the event and encourage them to post with videos on LinkedIn, we created a surprise gift mailed to their homes. They posted about it using video and amplified the message.
